SMEOGAN a novel for young readers. 50,000 words. Mid June, August, mid July. I think it worked out at 4 words a minute. But who cares. It is done. And not too bad. Fine tuning in process as usual, and after a good think, another 10K worth of story is needed. It’s odd but I sort of left my two main protagonists in a tunnel to escape, whilst I spent too much time on the villains. Obviously they are more interesting and great fun. But I need to shore up a big hole. So when I am up for it I will plunge back in – which actually is good, a break is needed to ready some ‘stuff.’ For submission to ye olde literary agents. And I have booked in an spring date for the Band Camp project. Plus as a veteran ‘keyboard warrior,’ I will be sticking my oar in elsewhere.
